Simply follow the recommended treatment plan, and if you’re not completely satisfied with your device, reach out to us at support@maysama.com to arrange a return.

Once we’ve received your returned product, we’ll process your refund, minus a 10% handling fee to cover return administration.

If for any reason you’d like to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange your return.
