Shipping Policy

Maysama hold stock in New Jersey, United States. From here we ship to all States and outlying islands. We currently do not ship to Canada and Australia but hope to do so from Q2 2026.

Shipping Fees

  • Orders under $42.00: $5.99 shipping
  • Orders above $42.00: $1.99 shipping
  • Shipped via USPS or FedEx
  • Typical delivery window: 5–7 business days (longer for Hawaii and outlying islands)*
  • Orders received before 12pm (noon) are shipped the same day where possible.

·        Business days are defined as Monday to Friday. Orders received before 12pm are shipped the same day.

Christmas Delivery
To ensure delivery before Christmas, please place your order by December 15, 2025.
*During peak periods (Black Friday through Christmas), order processing and delivery times may be extended.

Delivery Status

If you order has not been received within 14 days, please contact support@maysama.com if you require assistance.

If your tracking shows ‘delivered’ but you cannot locate your package, please contact support@maysama.com within 48 hours to advise. Beyond this timeframe, we may be limited to investigate this further.

Pre-Order Product
The MAYSAMA LED Hand Glove is available on pre-order with 100% upfront payment.
Orders will be shipped from 31 December 2025.

If your order includes other in-stock items, these will be shipped separately, in advance.

Standard return and refund terms apply once your order has been dispatched.
We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to high carrier volumes during the Black Friday and festive period.


Pre-Order FAQ

1. When will my LED Hand Glove ship?
All pre-orders will be shipped from 31 December 2025.

2. Will other items in my order ship together?
No. If you order additional products, they will ship separately according to their usual timelines.

3. Can I cancel my pre-order?
You can cancel before dispatch. Once shipped, standard return/refund terms apply.

4. What if my order is delayed?
While we’ll ship from 31 December, delivery times may vary due to high courier demand during Black Friday and Christmas. Unfortunately, we cannot control carrier delays.

5. Who can I contact about my order?
Email support@maysama.com for assistance if your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days of dispatch, or within 48 hours if your tracking shows ‘delivered’ but the package cannot be located.
