Shipping Policy

Maysama hold stock in New Jersey, United States. From here we ship to the United States, Canada and Australia. Please refer to your country shipping rules below for further information.

Delivery Status

If you order has not been received within 14 days please contact info@maysama.com if you require assistance.

If your tracking shows ‘delivered’ but you cannot locate your package, please contact info@maysama.com within 48 hours to advise. Beyond this timeframe, we may be limited to investigate this further.

United States

Orders are charged at $5.99 for shipping. Orders above $42.00 are charged at $1.99 for shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx with an anticipated delivery window of 5-7 business working days. Please be advised that some States (Hawaii) will take longer.

*Over the festive period, delivery windows may be extended due to volume of freight.

Business days are defined as Monday to Friday. Orders received before 12pm are shipped the same day.

Canada

Orders are despatched from our US warehouse. Shipping is charged from $25.75 CAN for orders up to 1.9kg, and $43.00 up to 8kg, which includes Duty Paid, so you should NOT be charged for tax or import duty on receipt.

All orders are shipped via Fedex Economy International with an anticipated delivery window of 6-10 working days. Business days are defined as Monday to Friday. Orders received before 12pm are shipped the same day.  All orders are shipped Duty Paid, so you should NOT be charged for tax or import duty on receipt. Australia

We now ship to Australia from the USA. Orders are shipped via Fedex Economy International, with an anticipated delivery window of up to 14 business days. Prices start at $9.99 for single item orders and adjusted according to weight. Prices are exclusive of tax and duty. Orders received before 12PM are shipped the same day.
