The recommended treatment settings are Red+NIR, pulsed light, for 6 minutes.

Q: Why are the near infrared lights not working? I can’t see them
A: Near infrared is outside of the visible spectrum and not visible to the naked eye. However, there is a very slight glow that comes from the LEDs, particularly in dark conditions. Please rest assured that they are working!
Q: What is the ideal treatment time and frequency of use?
A: The recommended treatment time is 6 minutes with pulsed light (or 9 minutes continuous wave), 3-5 times per week.
Q: When can I expect results?
A: Published studies show that improvements in the appearance of skin are gradual and develop with consistent use over 12 weeks. Individual outcomes may vary and will depend on skin type, concerns, and how regularly the device is used.
Q: Does LED Light Therapy interfere with medications?
A: Red and near-infrared light wavelengths are widely studied and commonly used in cosmetic LED light therapy. However, if you are taking photosensitising medications or have any concerns, we recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional before using this device.
Q: Can I overdo my LED light therapy?
A: Whilst LED light therapy is safe, we recommend that you stick within the recommended treatment times. LED elicits a biological response for health benefits. The bi-phasic dose response means that prolonged exposure, in a single session, can start to inhibit the beneficial impact. Whilst pulsed LED light extends the bi-phasic dose response, it is also more effective so treatment times can be reduced.

I upgraded to this mask from another neck and dec mask as the spec on this is better, more lights and more powerful. When I had the original Maysama Prana mask, the Chin to Chest and the dace mask worked really well together. However, now I have upgraded to the new Maysama Aura mask I can no longer use them both at the same time which is a pain. Okay, the treatment time isn’t very long but it does double the amount of time that it takes to use both. Generally I like to do all my red light treatments at the same time - I also have a laser cap for my hair and the Maysama belt which I use on my knee - but I can’t do the face mask and chin to chest together. I don’t find the chin to chest particularly comfortable but I think that is probably a very personal thing. After all, we all have different face and neck shapes and one size will never be a perfect fit for everyone. If I were buying one now I would buy the Aura for neck and dec. But having said that, its a very good device and works well.

I wanted a red light mask for my chest, neck, and under my chin. This is the only one of the market, so I decided to give it a shot. I’ve only had it for two weeks, so I can’t speak to whether it’s going to help with the sun damage and wrinkles. But it’s comfortable and I don’t mind using it.

I’ve only been using it for a couple of weeks, but I like the ease of use, and that I only have to use it for six minutes as opposed to 20 minutes. I haven’t really seen any dramatic results yet. But I enjoy using it and will continue to do so.

Although I’ve only been using the prana chin2chest for just over 3 weeks I’m already really impressed with it and honestly feel it’s improving my neck and décolleté.
I use it every day - it’s so quick and simple to use - 6 minutes is easy to fit in to my day.
