Promotion period. The promotion runs from 00:01 on 1 November 2026 to 23:59 on 29 November 2026. Orders placed outside this period are not eligible.

30% off sitewide. All products are 30% off their full price during the promotion period, with no minimum spend, subject to the exclusions in these terms.

50% off when you spend $600 or more*. When the combined full price of the products in your basket is $600 or more, eligible products are 50% off their full price instead of 30%. "Full price" means the standard selling price shown before any Black Friday discount. The threshold is calculated on products only and excludes delivery charges. The discount is applied automatically at checkout. No code is needed.

*AURA devices. The AURA LED Light Therapy Face Mask, AURA LED Light Therapy Neck2Dec and AURA Head2Heart LED Combo are 30% off throughout the promotion and are not eligible for the 50% discount. AURA devices count towards the $600 threshold at their full price. AURA accessories are eligible for the 50% discount.

Exclusions. The promotion does not apply to gift cards, delivery charges, or previously placed orders.

No combining. The promotion cannot be used with any other discount code, promotion or offer, including referral or loyalty discounts.

Availability. All products are subject to availability. Discounted stock is limited and may sell out before the promotion ends.

Returns and refunds. Your statutory rights are not affected. If you return part of an order that qualified for 50% off, and the full price of the items you keep is below $600, your remaining items will be repriced at 30% off. Your refund will be the amount you paid, minus the 30% price of the items you keep. This does not apply to faulty items, which will always be refunded at the price paid.

Price errors. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or pricing error. If we do, we will refund you in full.

Changes to the promotion. We may amend or withdraw this promotion only where circumstances outside our reasonable control make this necessary. Any change will not affect orders already placed.
