As a minimum, use your LED devices three to five times per week.

The recommended treatment settings are Red+NIR, pulsed light, for 6 minutes.

FAQs

Q: Why are the near infrared lights not working? I can’t see them

A: Near infrared is outside of the visible spectrum and not visible to the naked eye. However, there is a very slight glow that comes from the LEDs, particularly in dark conditions. Please rest assured that they are working!

Q: When can I expect results?

A: Results vary depending on your treatment goals, skin condition, chronology and consistency of use. Results may be seen as early as four weeks, and are generally more evident after three months. We encourage you to record your progress by taking before and after images.

Q: Does LED Light Therapy interfere with medications?

A: Red and near infrared light has been proven in clinical studies and peer reviewed clinical trials to be safe and effective. However, if you use photosensitising medication, we recommend consulting with your health care provider before using this device.

Q: Can I overdo my LED light therapy?

A: Whilst LED light therapy is safe, we recommend that you stick within the recommended treatment times. LED elicits a biological response for health benefits. The bi-phasic dose response means that prolonged exposure, in a single session, can start to inhibit the beneficial impact. Whilst pulsed LED light extends the bi-phasic dose response, it is also more effective so treatment times can be reduced.

    Really pleased I bought it

    Although I’ve only been using the prana chin2chest for just over 3 weeks I’m already really impressed with it and honestly feel it’s improving my neck and décolleté.

    I use it every day - it’s so quick and simple to use - 6 minutes is easy to fit in to my day.

    I am very optimistic that after 3 months the results will speak for themselves.

    I am using the green rooibos prior to using to maximise the results.

    The battery life is amazing and I have just put it on charge after over 3 weeks of daily use.

    Quality mask with multi use

    I waited awhile to review this mask as I wanted to see if it was working. I use it every other day on my face and lay on my neck. I feel like my skin is improving and looking tighter! I have also laid it over my hands and I feel it is helping to sooth arthritis in my joints. My husband strained his back golfing and he laid this over his back daily and he felt it helped reduce pain. In addition to the flexibility, I like that there are options for different light therapy combinations. All in all I am very happy with this!
